    OLIVER’S CUISINE RAFFLE BONANZA

    RAFFLE MECHANICS:

     The OLIVER’S CUISINE RAFFLE BONANZA is open to all guest and customers.
     All raffle stubs should legibly filled out with complete name, address, contact number and
    signature.
     The winners must bring atleast one (1) valid form of identification such as driver’s license/SSS
    HUMID card/passport or any government issued ID’s and also the winning raffle ticket in good
    condition upon claiming of their prize.
     All grand prize winners will be given seven (7) days after the draw to claim their prize. After
    seven (7) days, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of OLIVER’S CUISINE.
     Participants cannot win two (2) major prizes on the grand draw. If name is draw more than
    once, participants may choose between the two major prizes draw.
     If the winning ticket is named after a minor, parents / guardian will be required to claim the
    prize.

    TICKET PRICE:

     In every 1,000.00 pesos worth of OLIVER’S CUISINE food, they can get 1 raffle ticket for free.
     In every 11,000.00 pesos worth of catering services, the client will be given 5 raffle tickets for
    free.
     Walk in customers or anyone wants to join the raffle bonanza, they can buy the ticket for as low
    as 50.00 pesos each.

    RAFFLE DRAW GUIDELINES:

     Every week the ticket will be gathered and every Saturday there is 1 lucky winner of a gift
    certificate from OLIVER’S CUISINE worth 750.00 pesos.
     The unlucky winner of that week will have a chance to win also on the Grand Raffle draw. That
    will be happened on December 18, 2019.
     During the grand draw there are:
     Five (5) consolation prize a gift certificate worth 1,000.00 pesos from OLIVER’S CUISINE.
     2nd prize = gift certificate worth 1,500.00 pesos from OLIVER’S CUISINE and 500.00
    pesos cash.
     1st prize = gift certificate worth 1,500.00 pesos from OLIVER’S CUISINE and 1,500.00
    pesos cash.
     OLIVER’S CUISINE RAFFLE BONANZA grand prize = gift certificate worth 2,500.00 pesos
    from OLIVER’S CUISINE and a cash prize worth 2,000.00

    PRIZE EXPENSES:

     15 WEEKLY WINNERS X 750.00 = 11,250.00 STARTS FROM September.


     5 consolation X 1,000.00 = 5,000.00
     2ND PRIZE = 2,000.00

     1ST PRIZE = 3,000.00


     GRAND PRIZE = 4,500.00 TOTAL PRIZES: 25,750.00
