    DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate made and executed by:

    TEODORO BALIOLA married to Macrina Baliola, and COLUMBIA ALEGRE


    BALIOLA, widow, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of Zamboanguita, Negros
    Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF FELICISIMA BALIOLA;

    ABUNDIO ADALIN married to Aisa E. Adalin, MARCIANO ADALIN married to


    Lusia Adalin, AGRIPINO ADALIN married to Julieta Adalin, RESTITUTA ADALIN LUNA
    married to Benjamin Luna and POLICARPA ADALIN VENUS married to Rodolfo Venus,
    all of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines,
    hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF MARCELA BALIOLA ADALIN;

    FRANCISCA TANGUNAN IRONG married to Manuel Irong, LUCIANO BALIOLA


    TANGUNAN married to Virginia Tangunan, and DIOSADADO BALIOLA TANGUNAN
    married to Aida Sardan Tangunan, all of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF
    MAURANCIA BALIOLA TANGUNAN;

    ARCELI BALIOLA, widow and NICHOLAS BALIOLA, single, both of legal age,
    Filipinos, and residents of Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter
    referred to as the HEIRS OF FLAVIANO BALIOLA;

    DAMIANO BALIOLA, JR., single, HELEN BALIOLA PELITON married to Antonio


    Peliton and ARLENE BALIOLA, single, all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF
    DAMIANO BALIOLA; and

    GREGORIA BALIOLA MACALIPAY married to Gregorio Macalipay, MARIO


    BALIOLA married to Cipriana Elloren Baliola, PRILETISA BALIOLA GAJELLOMO
    married to Maximo Gajellomo, NORMA BALIOLA VINCOY married to Jacinto Vincoy,
    HELEN BALIOLA ALABAK married to Joel Alabak, and TRINIDAD BALIOLA
    JENNINGS married to Michael Jennings, all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF
    JACINTO BALIOLA;

    All hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS.

    WITNESSETH:

    WHEREAS, during the lifetime of CATALINA BAJARDO married to Sergio Baliola,


    is the registered owner of a parcel of land Lot No. 1655, Pls-847 covered by Original
    Certificate of Title No. T-26991 and under Tax Declaration No. 2017-20-0007-00704
    situated in Mayabon, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, which parcel of land is
    more particularly described and bounded as follows:

    ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-26991

    “A parcel of land (Lot No. 1655, Pls-847 situated in Mayabon,


    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Bounded on the ___., along
    line 1-2 by Lot 1662, Pls-847; on the S., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 1656, Pls-
    847; on the SW., and W., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Lot 1648, Pls-847; on the
    E., and NE., along lines 7-8-9-10-11 by Lot 1650, PLs-847; and on the E.,
    along lines 11-12-13-1 by Lot 1654. Containing an area of THIRTY-FIVE

    more or less.”

    WITNESSETH FURTHER:

    Whereas, CATALINA BAJARDO and her husband died intestate and without debts
    on _________________ and on ______________, respectively, at Zamboanguita,
    Negros Oriental, and at the time of her/their death(s), she/they left her/their children as
    her/their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, FELICISIMA BALIOLA,
    MARCELA BALIOLA ADALIN, MAURANCIA BALIOLA TANGUNAN, FLAVIANO
    BALIOLA, DAMIANO BALIOLA and JACINTO BALIOLA;

    Whereas, FELICISIMA BALIOLA died single, intestate and without debts on


    _____________, at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of her death, she left
    her children as her only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, TEODORO
    BALIOLA and RICARDO BALIOLA;

    Whereas, MARCELA BALIOLA ADALIN married to Sergio Adalin died intestate


    and without debts on _____________ and ________________, respectively, at
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of her death, she left her children as her
    only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, ABUNDIO ADALIN, MARCIANO
    ADALIN, AGRIPINO ADALIN, RESTITUTA ADALIN LUNA and POLICARPA ADALIN
    VENUS;

    Whereas, MAURANCIA BALIOLA TANGUNAN married to Demetrio Tindoc


    Tangunan died intestate and without debts on ___________ and on ______________,
    respectively, at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of her death, she left her
    children as her only surviving compulsory and forced heir, namely, FRANCISCA
    TANGUNAN IRONG, LUCIANOO BALIOLA TANGUNAN and DIOSDADO BALIOLA
    TANGUNAN;

    Whereas, FLAVIANO BALIOLA married to Milagros E. Baliola died intestate and


    without debts on _______________ and on _______________, respectively, at
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his death, he left his son as his only
    surviving compulsory and forced heir, namely, SANSINO BALIOLA;

    Whereas, DAMIANO BALIOLA married to Dionesia Baliola died intestate and


    without debts on _______________ and on _______________, respectively, at
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his death, he left his children as his
    only surviving compulsory and forced heir, namely, DAMIANO BALIOLA, HELEN
    BALIOLA PELITON and ARLENE BALIOLA;

    Whereas, JACINTO BALIOLA married to Arsenia Sario Baliola died intestate and
    without debts on _______________ and on _______________, respectively, at
    Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his death, he left his children as his
    only surviving compulsory and forced heir, namely, GREGORIA BALIOLA MACALIPAY,
    MARIO BALIOLA, PRILETISA BALIOLA, NORMA BALIOLA VINCOY, HELEN BALIOLA
    ALABAK and TRINIDAD BALIOLA JENNINGS;

    Whereas, RICARDO BALIOLA married to Columbia Alegre Baliola died intestate


    and without debts on _______________, at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the
    time of his death, he left his wife as his only surviving compulsory and forced heir;

    Whereas, SANSINO BALIOLA married to Arceli Baliola died intestate and without
    debts on _______________, at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his
    death, he left his wife and son as his only surviving compulsory and forced heir, namely
    ARCELI BALIOLA and NICHOLAS BALIOLA;

    Whereas, invoking Section 1, Rule 74, of the Rules of Court, and the laws on
    intestate succession, the herein HEIRS of the above-named deceased person/s, hereby
    adjudicate unto themselves, their undivided share to the aforementioned parcels of land,
    subject to Section 4, Rule 74, re: The liabilities imposed therein.
