    Pursuant to Section 38 of Republic Act No. 9136 [RA 91361 creating the Energy Regulatory Commission
    [Commission). and the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations fIRR) of RA 9136 and the
    licensing Rules for Distributed Energy Resources and Microgrid Systems [DER Licensing Rules). the Commission
    hereby grants this Certificate of Compliance ICaC) to:

    and found to have complied with all the requirements stipulated in the aforesaid DER Licensing Rules. the Philippine
    Grid Code. the Philippine Distribution Code, the WESM Rules and related laws. orders and regulations_

    By virtue of this cae. the above named licensee shall be entitled to all the rights and prlvileg~s subject to such
    obligations appertaining. consistent with the laws. rules and regulations pertinent thereto. The Commission may, at
    any time whenever it deems warranted and necessary, inspect on its own or through ibi duly authorized
    representatives, the premises. books of accounts and records of any Generation Company and/or its Facilities. in the
    exercise of its quasi-judicial power for purposes of determinIng compliance wIth the quallfic<ltions, obligations and
    standards set forth for Generation company/Facilities and/or violations of rules and regulations Issued by the
    Commission.

    This cae shall be valid for a period of five (51years from the d~te of Issuance and its appilcation.i~)f renewal shall be
    filed <Itleast six (6) months before Its expiration date. Whenevet this facflfty is found to be In vlolatipn of RA 9136, its
    IRK the DER licensing Rules. related laws, rules and regulation~ the Commission may revoke the,said COC, suspend
