    AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND GUARANTY

    I, ZHANG SHUNHUA , of legal age , Chinese national, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with the law do hereby depose and say;

    That I am the mother of ZHANG, YONGJU (formerly PIAO, ZHIXUN) and KWOK, KA YING,
    Chinese nationals, of minor ages they are applicants for Conversion to Permanent Resident
    Visa under Memorandum Order No. MCL-07-021;

    That for and in behalf of them, I declare under oath of our capacity to support and guaranty for
    their said application and I have enough bank savings which proved and guaranteed that I can
    sustain their expenses and other immigration fees;

    That we are jointly executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
    whatever legal purposes it may serve.

    Further affiants sayeth none.
