    MOTION FOR SPEEDY RESOLUTION

    Complainant, ABC (“Complainant”), by and through the undersigned


    counsel, unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully submits this Motion
    for Speedy Resolution and states that:

    1. On ______, Complainant filed a Motion for Reconsideration of


    the Order dated _______ issued by the Office of the City Prosecutor of
    Makati City (“OCP Makati City”) dismissing the Complaint for Perjury
    against Respondent DEF.

    2. The OCP Makati City denied the said Motion in an Order dated
    ________.

    3. Hence, on _____________, Complainant filed with the


    Honorable Office of the Secretary, Department of Justice, a Petition for
    Review assailing the said Order dated __________.

    4. Almost _______ months had lapsed since the filing of the said
    Petition but no action has been taken thereon by this Honorable Office.

    5. Considering the foregoing, Complainant now respectfully asks


    this Honorable Office for the speedy disposition of the above-entitled case in
    the interest of justice.

    6. This Motion for Speedy Resolution is filed to expedite the
    disposition of the aforementioned case and not for the purpose of causing
    delay.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Complainant most


    respectfully prays unto this Honorable Office to grant this instant Motion for
    Speedy Resolution and to subsequently reverse and set aside the Order dated

    Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises including
