you in the back.
Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

Wafa feels uncomfortable, nervous, stress and shy when she was teaching, student behavior was very noisy and
uncontrolled, she tries to shout out, speak too loudly but no respond back to here. She accepts the criticism, she
asked me questions to find solutions and she would like to change the student’s behavior in the next class. She was
acceptable about the evaluation that I give it back to her, because I told her the truth about her lesson.
I would recommend Wafa to use different strategies to improve the student behavior such as Classdojo, sticker
chart and many ways.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
