This statement of purpose has been written with a clear objective of getting a study Visa for my
father studies in Bachelor of Hospitality Management program and
also to explain to you why I intent filling for this course and also how this course
would help me in achieving my career goals .
I am Navdeep Singh an 20th Jan., 1997. In my family I a have my father who is an

Agriculturist & my mother is a homemaker . Academically I have done Metric &
Senior Secondary from Punjab Board of Secondary Education in the Year 2015. After my
education , I was looking for a field in which I could contribute in
Positive way to the society and the country. I strongly felt that Tourism & Travel
would be a profession that will give me a good degree of work satisfaction. And I
want to do my undergraduate program in the same. Now I have got admission in
Acsenda School of Management in Bachelor of Hospitality Management Program.
The reason why I want to study my study program at ASM, Canada is that I go
through the various educational programs that are available in India. However, I
found them very traditional but I was looking for something more practical. My
thirst for the right course made me look for the course which are available
overseas. This was how I came across to this program at ASM. I fell that this is the
right choice, as the course is designed very practically.
Hospitality management studies principles, norms and values required for developing business
strategies in an industry concerned with providing quality food, accommodation, and activities
to tourists. Hospitality management deals with the establishment and implementation of
efficient and responsible steps in order to achieve customer satisfaction. This field of study
targets students that enjoy traveling and are looking for a dynamic career that involves a great
deal of human interaction.
Hospitality management focuses on ensuring customer safety and comfort in a hotel,
restaurant or entertainment facility. Hospitality management centers on customer satisfaction
that would lead to his loyalty and repeated business. Students in hospitality management
usually have the opportunity to receive hands-on experience in real hospitality organizations.
Hospitality management integrates theories from similar disciplines like: commerce, business
administration and supply chain management and logistics.
Main topics offered by programs in hospitality management cover: hotel operation, hospitality
management communication, catering and banquet management, applied foodservice
sanitation, hotel and restaurant financial management, travel and tour operation.
Students in hospitality management will be equipped with the skills necessary to implement
business development and quality management strategies. They will gain basic administrative
abilities in order to control organization, planning and scheduling activities. Most importantly,
students will develop excellent customer service and communication skills as working in
hospitality facility involves establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with
colleagues and clients.
Graduates apply for employment in restaurants, hotels, casinos, clubs, and contract food
services. They find jobs as hotel managers, travel agents, clerks, cost controllers, restaurant
managers or cruise line personnel. Develop an understanding of the issues surrounding
tourism, its impact and ongoing management.
Why I choose Canada for my study purpose because it is a country where the tourism
sector has taken the shape of an art. The country offers wide numbers of Tourism institutes
which train young aspirant help them bag dynamic opportunities in their professional career.
These institutes are supported by qualified teaching professionals and contemporary
techniques, moreover tourism management institute in Canada offer wide range of training
programs. Canadian tourism training program combines quality and service recognized by All
over the world. The course subject to this program are Business, Professional and Academic
composition, Introduction to Tourism, Organizational Leadership in Tourism, Financial
accounting, Introduction to Multimedia, Human Recourses Management, Marketing and
Consume Services. People, Places and the Toured landscape, Financial Operations control in
tourism and Environmental issues in Tourism.
Touristy is interconnected field of study that connects business studies,

resource analysis, social theory as well as environmental studies. It helps to
tourism industry. After Graduating from this study program I can work an position
i.e. Reservation & Counter Staff, sales and marketing staff, Tour Planners and Tour
guides.
I Strongly believe that on successful completion of the Course at the Acsenda

School of Management Canada. I will have a good opportunity to work in a
tourism industry in my home country. I assert this to that I would be adequate to
assist the upcoming generation of my nation in my own little way. I have many
goals for myself as I embark on this stage of life. I believe that this study will
provide milestone in my career along with invaluable experiences and skills that
will allow me to become a successful, innovative professional and gives assistance
to accomplish my goals. So it’s my humble request to visa office to grant me
opportunity to pursue my studies in Canada in ASM.
