    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ARIEL M. QUIJANO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single and a


    resident of Bgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa , do hereby APPOINT, NAME and
    CONSTITUTE, MIGELIE Q. ARGUELLES, of legal age, single Filipino with
    residence and postal address at Bgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, to be my
    true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act for and in my name, place and stead and to
    perform the following :

    1. To process and to cause the annotation, transfer, split, and/or other


    encumbrances of title, particularly in Transfer Certificate of Title No.
    1177991 of the Register of Deeds for the Puerto Princesa City, situated in
    Bgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City;

    2. To transact and to sign any and all documents at Bureau of Internal


    Revenue and City Assessor’s Office and any other concerned local and
    national government offices;

    3. To receive/withdraw from the Office of the Registry of Deeds, Puerto


    Princesa City, Transfer Certificate of Title No. 186747 after the annotation,
    transfer, split, and/or other encumbrances of the said title;

    4. To sign any and all documents necessary for the above-mentioned


    powers.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and


    authority to do and perform all and every acts and things whatsoever requisite and
    necessarily to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
    as I might or could do if personally present, with power of substitution and revocation
    and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my Attorney-in-fact or his
    substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
