    1. Reference: Standards Operation Procedures 2018 – No. 03 (Revised) Practicum Information


    and Education and Accounting of Criminology Intern and Rank Inspection.

    2. ICOW the above references, I hereby directed to explain within twenty four (24) hours upon
    receipt hereof, why no disciplinary/ administrative sanctions shall be taken against you for being absent
    during the Practicum Information and Education and Rank Inspection on September 28, 2019 at about
    5:45 in the morning at PLMUN Covered court, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, University Road,
    Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa City. I wasn`t able to attend the said event because of the conflict
    between our basketball game at Saint Francis of Assisi College, this game was not for us but for the pride
    of our school. In regard to this matter, allow me to present my excuse letter from the Office of Student
    Affairs.
