CBSE CLASS 10th TIME TABLE 2020
The Central Board of Secondary Education is the most popular board in India
which is also known as CBSE. The exam conducted by board is national level
examination. This exam is conducted once in the year. The examination of class
10th will be held next year in 2020. The board has started preparing for the
examination which is will just after the practical exam.
The CBSE board is supposed to release the 10th board examination 2020 date
sheet by November 2019. Board is also responsible for deciding the syllabus
and curriculum in all the CBSE affiliated schools. The practical examination of
class 10th will be conduct in the month of December but no official confirmation
has been made about conducting the practical examination externally.
CBSE Date Sheet 10 Class 2020:
As per the latest change brought in by the CBSE, the board is supposed conduct
two separate examinations for Mathematics in Class 10 from the academic
session 2020.The first paper will be Basic Mathematics while the second paper
will be Standard Mathematics. This will allow the students to choose one paper
between the two as per their potential and abilities. For this, students will have
to select their further course preference while filling the registration form for the
examination.
NOTE: Students who choose Basic Maths will not be allowed to take Maths in
Class 11. However, if a student gets good marks in Basic Maths in Class 10 and
subsequently wants to take Maths in Class 11, student will be allowed to do so
under two conditions-
1. The candidate will have to appear and pass the Maths compartmental
exam 2020.
2. Before appearing the compartmental examination, the candidate should

have passed in Basic Maths and then only, student will be allowed to
take Maths in Class 11.
As such there are no changes in the syllabus of basic and standard mathematics
papers. However, there will be some changes in the difficulty level of both the
papers. The Basic Maths will be easy as compare to Standard Maths paper.

The board has not changed the syllabus for basic and standard mathematics
papers while the difficulty level for both the exams will vary.

CBSE's latest circular:
● CBSE has issued a circular to the heads of the schools, stating that
students should mandatorily produce death certificates in case of the loss
of their parents.
● Apart from this, students will now be required to produce medical
certificates in case of long leaves.
The application form for CBSE private candidates has been released now.
The application form has been released on the official website of CBSE.
The last date for application form submission is 30th September 2019.
CBSE conducts examination for the following categories:
● Candidates who were marked FAIL in 2019.

● Students placed in COMPARTMENT in July 2019.
● Students placed in COMPARTMENT in May 2019 but could not appear in
COMPARTMENT July 2019 exam.
● 2019 pass out students who want to appear in improvement exams in one or
more subjects.
● 2019 pass put candidates who want to appear for an additional subject.
● Talking about class 10th exam, most of the subject including Science, Math
etc., have a break up of 80+20 marks.
● It is not decided whether the exams will be held at other schools.
● Till last year, the assessment was conducted externally for the 80+20 break
up subjects. It is yet to be decided whether an external examiner will be
appointed or not.

There are various important stages of the CBSE board exam which are given as
follows:
CBSE Class 10 exams 2020 are likely to be held in the month February or
March 2020. CBSE date sheet for the exam will be out soon. Student can check
the important date of the class 10 board exam.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exam Admit Card
CBSE class 10th Admit card shall be released shortly on the CBSE official
website. Board shall allot class 10th board exam roll number to the registered
students after the release of the admit cards. The admit card shall carry the
below mentioned information:
● Name of the Applicant

● Passport Size Photograph of the Applicant
● DOB of the Applicant
● Name of the Exam
● Day/ Date of Exam
● Examination Instructions
● Exam Centre Address
● Examination Time
● Signature of the Applicant
As you download the admit card from the site, make sure the information
entered in the admit card is correct. Students are requested to carry the admit
card to the examination hall for every exam. You would not be allowed to
appear for the exam if you do not take the admit card.

The procedure of downloading the CBSE exam date sheet 2020 for class 10th
and 12th is given below:
● First of all, you need to log-on to the official website of CBSE.
● Once you reach at the home page then click on the link CBSE Time
Table.
● Now you can open your standard related time table for the examination.
● You can save this examination time table in your PC or can take the
printout or screenshot as per your convenience.
