    Plaintiffs, ROWENA B. RIVERA and MARGARITA B.


    RIVERA (“Plaintiffs”), by counsel, respectfully offers in
    evidence the following documentary exhibits for the purposes
    herein stated:

    EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION
    “A” Real Estate Mortgage
    “A-1” Signature of Rowena B. Rivera
    “A-2” Signature of Margarita B. Rivera

    PURPOSES:

    Exhibit “A”, inclusive of sub-markings, is offered to prove


    the following:

    1. Plaintiffs and defendants entered into a contract


    denominated as real estate mortgage but in fact it is an ordinary
    loan.

    2. Defendants are obliged to pay a monthly rental of


    Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php30,000.00).

    3. Defendants are obliged to vacate the Subject


    Premises upon termination of the contract of lease.

    4. The genuineness and due execution of Exhibit “A”.

    EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION
    “B” Demand Letter dated 03 January 2018
    “B-1” Signature of Von Jason Carlos
    “B-2” Signature of Juan Dela Cruz

    PURPOSES:

    Exhibit “B”, inclusive of sub-marking, is offered to prove


    the following:

    1. Plaintiff Reyes sent a demand letter to defendant Dela


    Cruz to vacate the Subject Premises.

    2. Defendant Dela Cruz received a copy of the demand


    letter.

    3. The genuineness and due execution of Exhibit “B”.

    Copies of Exhibits “A” and “B” already form part of the


    records the Honorable Court.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the foregoing


    documentary exhibits, inclusive of sub-markings, be admitted
    in evidence by the Honorable Court for the purpose for which
    they are offered.

    With the admission of the documentary evidence, plaintiff


    Maria Clara Reyes respectfully rests her case.

    Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
