     INTRODUCTION:

    Norwood Enterprises is a wholly owned Zambian company


    registered in 2004 in accordance with the Business Names Acts of
    the Laws the Republic of Zambia. Later the company was
    incorporated as a limited company.

    DIRECTORS:

     Mr Paul Mulenga

     LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

    (i) Norwood has fully complied with Zambia Revenue


    Authority has registered for V.A.T. and has a current
    Tax Clearance Certificate.
    (ii) We are registered with National Council for
    Construction and in general building and housing (B)
    and currently in grade 3.
    (iii) Norwood is registered with Citizens Economic
    Empowerment Commission for Preference and
    Reservations Schemes
    (iv) We are also registered with Zambia Public
    Procurement Authority.
    (v) The company is also registered with Energy Regulation
    Board.
    (vi) We also collect and remit to NAPSA and Workers
    Compensation as per requirement for our employees

    We maintain our account at ZANACO Acacia Park Branch in


    Lusaka

     OUR NATURE OF BUSINESS:

    Since its inception Norwood has been involved in excellent


    delivery of goods and services to a number of Parastatal
    companies and government departments and institutions. We
    deal in:

    (xii) Printing Invoices, Receipts and Quotations

    Norwood Enterprises has been involved in construction and


    carried out a number of tenders.

    We are currently also involved with Rural Electrification Authority


    and are carrying out a number of projects at the moment as can
    be seen from the attached.
