    AFFIDAVIT OF MARITAL CONSENT

    I, FERDINAND CATALUNA, Filipino, of legal age, married to GLENN CATALUNA, and with
    residence and postal address at BLK 10 LOT 15 PH.2 LESSANDRA CAMELLA
    BRGY.SANTIAGO GENERAL TRIAS CAVITE, after having duly sworn to in accordance with
    law, hereby depose and state that:

    1. I am applying for an auto loan with SECURITY BANK CORPORATION


    (“SBC”) to finance the purchase of a motor vehicle (“Vehicle”) from CT CITIMOTORS INC.

    2. As part of SBC’ documentation requirements for the auto loan, my spouse


    and I are being required by SBC to sign the requisite loan and mortgage documents and other
    related documents as co-borrowers and co-mortgagors.

    3. My spouse cannot sign any and all such documents because he is currently
    out of the country. He is (briefly describe or explain the circumstances of the absent spouse
    being out of the country / overseas Filipino worker).

    4. My spouse is aware of my intent to apply for the auto loan and has given me
    his permission and consent to apply for such auto loan, get the loan proceeds for the purpose
    of purchasing the Vehicle, secure the loan with a mortgage on the same Vehicle, and execute
    any and all documents required for the loan and chattel mortgage.

    5. Attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex A is the written consent of
    my spouse, FERDINAND CATALUNA, and addressed to SBC. Also attached hereto
    and made an integral part hereof as Annex B is a photocopy of our marriage contract.
    Likewise attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex C is the proof
    that my spouse is employed as an OFW at AVIOR MARINE MANNING AGENCY
    in MANILA.

    6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and correctness of the


    foregoing statements.

    I write in connection with the auto loan applied for by my spouse,


    GLENN CATALUÑA with Security Bank Corporation (“SBC”). I hereby confirm that my
    spouse and I have agreed and made a joint decision to purchase the following described
    vehicle (“Vehicle”) from CT CITIMOTORS INC:

    Vehicle Model : XPANDER GLS AT
    Year : 2019

    I anticipate that the purchase of the vehicle will be financed through an auto loan from
    SBC, which I hereby expressly authorize my spouse to apply for and obtain. To secure the
    auto loan, I also hereby expressly allow my spouse to mortgage the vehicle in favor of SBC.

    I gathered the main loan details, as follows:

    Selling Price of the Vehicle : 1,110,000.00


    Down Payment : 48,000
    Amount to be Financed : 888,000.00
    Monthly Payment : 22,792
    Loan Term (months) : 60 Months

    Further, I hereby expressly allow my spouse to sign any and all documents relating to
