    ORDER:

    In the reference read above, the Finance Department have issued a


    Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.17,92,95,000/- (Rupees Seventeen
    Crores Ninety Two Lakhs and Ninety Five Thousand only) Establishment from
    the BE provision 2019-20 in Relaxation of Quarterly Regulation orders towards
    meeting the expenditure of Panchayat Raj Engineering Establishment.

    2. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance


    Department, Government, hereby accord administrative sanction for an
    amount of Rs.17,92,95,000/- /- (Rupees Seventeen Crores Ninety Two Lakhs
    and Ninety Five Thousand only) to the Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj,
    Hyderabad from the BE provision 2019-20 under the following scheme:-
