    PRODUCT SUPPORT
    I. Warranty:
    We will have close contact with your project, where the equipments are used at all time to
    provide guidance for proper operations and preventive maintenance. During the warranty
    period, we will be responsible for the following service jobs, free of cost to you:
    a. Pre-Delivery Warranty Service
    1. We will commission and inspect the equipments as soon as they arrive in your job
    site, to ensure that these equipments are in satisfactory conditions and ready for
    operation.
    2. Warranty Terms and Condition:
    Dressta Dozer
     First 12 months / 2,000 hours standard Dressta Warranty terms, whichever
    first occurs.
    3. All Operation and Service According to DRESSTA Standard with DRESSTA
    Authorized dealers and use DRESSTA Genuine Parts.

    II. SERVICE FACILITIES:


    We confirm that we have the full capacity to back-up all equipments supplied to your
    company. We have branches and workshop facilities to support our customers and able
    to provide Service Contracts if you require.

    III. SPARE PARTS SUPPORTS


     We guarantee the availability of spare parts required for your equipment. Each of our
    branches had sufficient spare parts inventory to support our Dressta products.
     We also have Components Exchange Program to reduce machines down time during
    scheduled component’s overhaul.
