Interpersonal Role:
Some People can turn to when they need help,support.A manager needs to lead the people that
he or she charge of guiding toward a specific goal.
Being able to properly communicate with a range of people in such a way that the project remain
on track is a crucial skill to develop.
Information Role:
Thing are never static in business. It does not good as a manager to collect information form a
variety of internal and external sources if you are only going to keep it for yourself.
Decision Role:
You still need to thing like entrepreneur in term of quickly solving problem. A manager must be
decision maker of organization goals.
A good manager will be able to negotiate their way through these challenges and keep the project
on track for success.
Conclusion:
Carrefour showed success with its strategy in the world, many retailers quickly followed and the
retail Middle east industry reached maturity. The biggest Middle east retailer market Carrefour
entered many Asian country like Dubai.Pakistan.China etc it was faced with many opportunities
but also many challenges.
Through this, Carrefour is selling the Asian people the same products they can get from their
local markets in a cheaper and cleaner environment.
