    SOP

    To me, children represent the future. Regardless of what circumstances a child is born into, each of
    them carries uninhibited potential. Since i first started volunteering at a municipality school for
    underprivileged children and working in a school, i have been determined to ensure that each child
    has the education needed to pursue their dreams regardless of background. Sadly, many children grow
    up in counterproductive and even dangerous environments. I would like to dedicate my time to
    provide development opportunities for every child. For this reason, i want to pursue a Masters degree
    in Educational Leadership. I believe that my education background of Psychology and work
    experience in school will help me the skills and resources I need to achieve my personal and career
    goals.

    During my job experience at a school as a School Counsellor, I got a chance to work with children
    closely. At the heart of my career aims is my unswerving desire to help students learn and better
    themselves, motivating them to become positive contributors to society. I would describe myself as
    being persistent, patient, and a very hard worker and seldom take no for an answer. In order to be
    more successful in helping others, I need to increase my grasp of an understanding of the fundamental
    areas of Educational leadership, such as administration, planning, organizing, and refine my existing
    leadership skills.

    Having completed my Master‘s degree in Psychology and 2.5 years of experience in the area of
    education, I want to pursue Masters degree in Education leadership because the combination of my
    knowledge in psychology and work experience in academic field will help children and young people
    achieve their full potential in future. In addition, eventually obtaining a masters degree in Education
    Leadership, I envision enriching my educational experience by immersing myself in such topics as
    organization theory, school law, negotiations, and even finance in education. One of my long-term
    goals is to serve the community as a superintendent, meeting objectives that measure just how well
    middle schools and the district are performing.

    This Canadian Student Visa will give me the opportunity to continue to pursue my studies at a
    Canadian University. This is an opportunity that I would not be able to have if I remain in my home
    country, and I hope to be able to demonstrate to people back home that anyone with determination can
    obtain higher education solely on the basis of your skills. This visa will allow me to serve students
    and educational institutes in the future, giving me the opportunity to continue on to school and a
    future career in the area of Education.
