ceramic industry, Mr. ASHWIN SHAH 28 year of experience in ceramic
industry has lead the estrablishment of parker tiles in 1997 on the core
values of professional, excellence, design quality & function.
The company started by Mr. ATULBHAI SHSH & Mr.

NIRUBHA PARMAR TEAM, today the company offer a wide range of stat of
the art digital ceramic tiles for contemporary architecture.
Intiated to cater to the quality conscious society; sol- A

brand of parker tiles, has the product range that suits the need of the
industry. We offer premium quality design maintaining a fine balance of
style, colour , texture & function that act as a key to a cohesive,
comfortable & pleasing space, confirming to our tradition of being at the
forefront of innovation.

DEVELOPMENT
We have developed the first ever biggest size in
walls tiles I,e.18” 14” ensuring beauty with agility started with production of
500sqmt, which is at present 16000sqmt our manufacturing set-up boats of
the latest and the best of technology equipped with me the latest
machinery like spray dryer that product 300matric ton a day, 70 meter dryer,
125meter wide kiln, 300meter glaze line and digital printing machinery like
6 colour 700 mm with the printing capacity of 12000samt/day; we offer
ceramic tiles ensuring qualities and durability.

ability, the company keeps in sync with latest in global ceramic industries
and delivers quality products with best designs and second to none after
sale services having constructed an area of 2,00,000sqft; with a professional
marketing team, the company is reaching every corner of the nation through

TIME KEEPING SYSTEM

It is said “TIME IS MONEY” & according to that time is valuable thing in world. So
as far concerned with PARKARCERAMIC work it takes care for time keeping
system. But there is no separate department for time keeping system. It
maintains time in such a way that it can supply the finished products time . some
time firm runs in over time if the demand is more than production. The
attendance register is required for over time of workers and also on regular shift
basis for the purpose of salary.
In PARKAR CERAMIC there is one shift, during this shift all the works is done.
Shift for workers:- 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
12:-30pm to 1:30 pm (lunch recess)
1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Shift for staff :- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (lunch recess)
2:00pm to 7:00 pm
Thus this is the time keeping system of PARKAR CERAMIC COMPANY & there
is one shift

maintain full and sound remuneration programmed.

salary to the employees as per their agreement wages and salary pay scale
is decided Rs.8490 per month to skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled worker.
Here the salary is for office staff as per work

assigned like post while salary of the employees.

As per the government rules the industry which is having more

than 30 workers provides ESI schemes to their workers & as PARKAR TILES
PVT. LTD. have more then 30 workers it provides this scheme. It provides 40%
ESI scheme to the workers.
Some of the part of the salary is being cut & it is being helpful to
the workers when ever there is any harmful injury or either the worker may faal
seek or ill any time.
Thus, PARKAR TILES PVT. LTD. provide the ESI scheme to their
workers.

PARKAR TILES PVT. LTD. DO PROVIDE THE FUND TO THE

WORKERS. The staff members are provided 12% provident fund which is being cut
from their salary every month & which is being helpful to them in future at the
time of their retirement.

the PARKAR TILES PVT. LTD.

Sometimes there may be conflicts among the workers in the

unit at that time solution is made between the workers & such process is known
as grievance handling system. Whenever there Is problem in the unit first of all it
is told to supervisor & if he can’t solve than it is told to production manager &
even if he can’t solve it then it is solved by the MD of the industry. Thus this is the
process of solving the problem followed in PARKAR TILES PVT.LTD.
In PARKAR TILES PVT. LTD. grievance handling processor is

handling by mutual understanding.

*The company spends less on promotion activity and consumer are

expecting more promotional benefit so company need to offer more
promotional benefit to the consumer.
Parker tiles is improving its production capacity &

quality by installing machineries of an advance technology, PARKER
TILES should increase of its turnover. It will be beneficial.
