    EMPLOYER CONTRACT

    THIS EMPLOYER CONTRACT (this “agreement”) dated this_____ day of _____________


    BETWEEN:

    (the “Employer”)

    ____________________________________of_____________________________________

    (the “Employee”)

    BACKGROUND:

    The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the necessary qualifications, and abilities
    to do his/her responsibility and duties for the benefits the employer and its business.

    A. The Employee must agree the following :

    1. Always come on time (30 minutes late automatically salary deduction).


    2. Cleanliness is a must.
    3. Always open on everything when it comes to work.
    4. Avoid mutual relationship with co-worker
    5. Avoid absences without valid reason (2 days absent must present medical
    certificate).
    6. Two (2) consecutive days short of sales is automatically terminated.
    7. All training knowledge should be confidential and not be disclosed or revealed to an
    outside source.

    B. The employee desire is to agree the terms and condition set out on this agreement.

    In consideration of the matter described above and the mutual benefits and obligation on this
    agreement the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledge, the parties to
    agree the agreement.
