Salary Increment:
Netsol is not increasing the salaries of the employees automatically as being
widely practiced in the industry but are linked to the annual performance
appraisals.

Medical Coverage (In and Out Patient):
All the permanent employees are entitled to avail the medical expenses
reimbursement as per below given Limits:
In Patient: Fixed Amount for all Levels
Out Patient: @ 5% for all levels

Performance Excellence Award:


The purpose of Performance Excellence Award is to recognize and reward
outstanding contribution/ performance of employees during the course of normal
duties for the progress of the company.

Grand Annual Award:


An employee who has received most Performance Excellence Awards in a
calendar year will be given an award of rupees 25,000 at the annual dinner. In
case of a tie, the award will be split amongst the highest number of award
holders.

Provident Fund and Old Age Benefits Program:
The Company contributes 10% of basic salary and the employee contributes 10 %
of his salary towards the fund. All other terms and conditions are outlined in
provident fund agreement.

Work Place Health Safety:


Netsol is committed in providing and maintaining a healthy and safe working
environment for all employees. It is the responsibility of Health and Safety
committee and Administration department to inform all employees about the
location, of first aid supplies. It is also the responsibility of administration
department to post the location, name and phone number of nearest
hospital/doctor.

Suggestion Box:
Management has facilitated the employees to become part of policy making by
suggesting any positive move in the best interest of Company or its employees.

Gazetted Holidays:
Employees are eligible to take all gazetted holiday off declared by the government.

Entertainment:
Company is providing all possible healthy entertainments to its employees openly.

Promotion:
Following factors are give due consideration during promotion evaluation:
• Employee performance ratings.
• Qualification and experience.
• Career Growth Path Criteria.
• Length of service within the Designation (Tenure).
Promotions can only take place on the recommendation of Head of Department.
