    AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS
    WE, IRENE GO and NORMAN BOONE, both of legal ages, Filipino
    Citizens and residents of Tugbungan, Zamboanga City, after having been
    sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and state: That –
    1. We are the adjoining owners of a lot under TCT No. 10-2587 and
    owned by VICENTA MARCOS GUTIERREZ MARIA;

    2. We personally know VICENTA MARCOS GUTIERREZ MARIA;

    3. That she is the true and lawful owner of the above-mentioned parcel
    of land situated at Tugbungan, Zamboanga City;

    4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


    statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of
