processes for executing projects through productivity management, efficiency

inspection of High pressure manual and actuated valves.
•Co-ordinate the Final Documentation activities and also the As-built drawings

inspection as per code specification.

and inter-pass temperature control, etc.

Testing & Inspection
•Organizing inspection on piping fabrication & erection, piping spools fabrication, pipe supports fabrication and
their erection on pipe rack; inspecting and witnessing all site quality activities like electrodes qualification test, fit
up, weld visual etc.
•Looking after preparation of test packages and checking the revised drawing; conducting the leak detection
method such as pneumatic test and hydro-test procedure.
•Conducting the hydro test for piping system; preparing hydrostatic test packages, which includes preparation of
marked up P&ID’s and isometric drawings and all related documents related pertaining to hydro testing.

JOB PROFILE
City Gas Distribution : Preliminary Survey:
Surveying of route for the Pipeline prior to the award of the project to
finalize the route and obstructions on the alignment of the pipeline and
thereby finding out the areas of which jurisdiction the alignment covers.
Liaisoning:
Approaching to the concern authorities under whom the pipeline area
covers to get the permission for laying the pipeline.
Execution:
Coordinating and following up with the contractors and with the
consultants to execute the project at the stipulated time by continuous
monitoring and sounding alarm as and when required.
Shut down/Looping of Pipelines:
Planning, coordination and execution of shutdown and looping of
charged pipelines to cater the demand of CNG in city gas distribution
network.
Oil & Gas Pipeline : Engineering:

 Successfully completed 18”X10.1 km of Ghaziabad Phase II project
as a PMC Project In-Charge and did commissioning for the same.
 Successfully completed 18”X7.7 km of Meerut Road inter
connectivity Pipeline project and the line and did commissioning for
the same.
 Successfully executed 8” X 5 km of Vasundhra -Indrapuram Noida
pipeline project as a Project In-charge and did commissioning for the

 Successfully executed and commissioned the Pipeline from CBI
Academy to Dasna of (16” and 18” X8.5 Km) as a PMC in-charge and
also coordinated with many Govt. Authorities for getting the
permission to lay the line. Constructed CGS (City Gate Station) and
commissioned the distribution of CNG for the whole Ghaziabad
from GAIL Terminal.
 Commissioned Spur-line which supplies CNG to Sanjay Nagar CNG
station.
 Successfully completed the looping of NOIDA Network with
Ghaziabad Network for the uninterrupted supply of Gas to Noida.
In Pipeline (Oil & Gas Cross country Pipeline Projects).
 Individually Executed 1 No’s of SV Stations for DPPL- Project (Which
includes Hydro testing (at 140 Bar) and Pneumatic Testing (at 95 Bar)
for the stations and terminals.
 Involved in Nitrogen Purging, Commissioning activities for DPPL
Project.
 Individually prepared the test pack and got the Clearance for the
Hydro and Pneumatic Tests for DPPL Project.
 Attended a joint inspection with M/s IOCL for gas and flaming
detection system for SV and Terminal station in DPPL Project.
 Individually executed 36 kmX30” mainline hyderotesting in DPPL
Project.
