    2nd DEMAND LETTER

    December 9, 2018

    Dear Miss Santiago:

    This letter shall serve as second demand letter in connection with the
    November 22, 2018 Initial Demand Letter. This is to inform you of your
    remaining balance of your principal obligation—Php 450,000.00 and an
    interest of Php 9,000.00 you obtain on September 15, 2018, that are already
    immediately due and demandable. The debt remains outstanding because
    the first written demand sent to you went unheeded.

    I hereby demand that payment of the full amount of the balance plus interest
    be paid within five (5) days from the date of this letter to the address listed
    below.

    Please note that, should legal proceedings be initiated to secure the payment
    of the debt, this letter will be tendered in court as evidence that you have not
    attempted to resolve this issue.
