3850 E BASELINE RD, SUITE 111
CRIDER LAW, PLLC

PETITION TO MODIFY LEGAL DECISION

11
MESA, ARIZONA 85206

Petitioner, MAKING, PARENTING TIME AND CHILD

12 SUPPORT
and
13 (Assigned to the Honorable Rodrick Coffey)
MELANI BOUDREAUX,
14 Respondent.
15
Petitioner, BRANDON BOUDREAUX (hereinafter “Father”), by and through
16
his undersigned counsel, hereby submits his Response to Mother’s Petition to Modify
17

18 Legal Decision-Making, Parenting Time, and Child Support, and states as follows in

19 support hereof:
20
1. Father admits the allegations of Paragraph 1 of Mother’s Petition.
21
2. Father admits the allegations of both Paragraphs which are numbered 2 of
22
Mother’s Petition.
23

24 3. Father denies the allegations as written in Paragraph 3 of Mother’s

25 Petition. Father asserts that Mother chose to leave Arizona in the dark of night and
conceal her whereabouts from Father and the children. Father did file and was granted
1

2 emergency custody of the children and Mother’s parenting time is currently suspended.

3 Mother is being investigated for numerous felonious acts across numerous jurisdictions,
4 some of those acts include the attempted murder of Father.
5
4. Father admits the allegations of Paragraph 4 of Mother’s Petition.
6
5. Father denies the allegations as stated in Paragraph 5 of the Petition.
7
Mother was fully aware of the pending litigation against her and yet she made no effort
8

9 to appear for any hearings or to contact counsel for Father’s office to arrange for

10 personal service.

6. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 6 of Mother’s Petition. Father

12
asserts that at no time has Father provided false accusations or allegations regarding the
13
severity of the imminent risk of harm the children are at if left in the care of Mother
14

15 unattended. Mother’s new husband has even provided statements to law enforcement

16 that Mother told him shortly after their marriage that she conspired with her uncle to kill

17 Father. Mother’s new husband has even given up his own parenting time out of fear of
18
what Mother may do or have done to his children.
19
7. Mother is currently under investigation regarding the attempted murder of
20
Father. Mother’s new husband has reported to law enforcement that Mother revealed to
21

22 him shortly after their marriage that she conspired with her uncle to kill Father. Mother

23 is also under investigation relating to the disappearance of her aunt’s two missing
24 children.
25
8. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 8 of Mother’s Petition as
1

2 written.

3 9. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 9 of Mother’s Petition. Father

4 asserts that Mother had a Million Dollars of reasons to have Father killed. The parties’
5
Consent Decree had not been submitted to or entered by this Court at the time of the
6
attempt on Father’s life and Father believes that Mother was hoping to cash in on that
7
policy to help support the cult that she is believed to be a part of.
8

9 10. With respect to the statements contained in Paragraph 10 of Mother’s

10 Petition, Father finds it interesting that Mother, now, months after the attempt on

Father’s life that Mother is in fear for the children’s safety in Father’s care. Father
12
asserts that he continues to have serious concerns over the lives of his children if they
13
were to be placed in the care of Mother for any length of time unsupervised. Mother is
14

15 involved in a cult where numerous members, adults and children alike, have been being

16 killed off like flies. Mother’s knowledge of the whereabouts of her aunt’s two missing

17 children and her unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement in finding those
18
children, is daunting to Father. Mother’s current husband has told law enforcement
19
something to the effect that Mother says sometimes children are full of light and then
20
just like that they go dark.
21

22 11. Father adamantly denies the allegations of Paragraph 11 of Mother’s

23 Petition.
24

25
12. Father adamantly denies the allegations of Paragraph 12 of Mother’s
1

2 Petition. If anything, Father was more distraught over the fact that Mother was involved

3 in the plot to have him murdered than angered by the fact that she did.
4 13. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 13 of Mother’s Petition.
5
14. Father denies the allegations as written in Paragraph 14 of Mother’s
6
Petition.
7
15. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 15 of Mother’s Petition. Father
8

9 asserts that Mother is heavily involved with a doomsday cult located primarily out of the

10 town in which Mother currently resides. Mother left Arizona almost immediately after

the attempt on Father’s life, leaving without a trace and leaving her children behind.
12
Mother only now comes forward as she feels that the suspicious death of her uncle who
13
was the shooter in the incident involving children, has somehow freed her from her role
14

15 in the attempt on Father’s life. This is simply not the case.

16 16. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 16 of Mother’s Petition.

17 17. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 17 of Mother’s Petition. Father

18
is the only parent who is currently safe for the children to be with.
19
18. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 18 of Mother’s Petition. Again,
20
it was only after the death of Mother’s uncle that Mother chose to come forward in this
21

22 case as she feels that her uncles’ death will free her from any guilt she may have with

23 respect to the attempted murder of Father.

24 19. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 19 of Mother’s Petition as
25
written.
20. Father denies the allegations of Paragraph 20 of Mother’s Petition. Father
1

2 asserts that he has provided sufficient evidence to this Court to prove Mother poses as

3 risk of harm to the children at this time.

4 WHEREFORE, Mother’s Petition should be denied in its entirety and Father
5
should be awarded his reasonable attorney fees in having to defend against same.
6
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this _____ day of February, 2020.
