ABSTRACT

The web-based attendance monitoring system must be a big help to the

users or teachers. This web-based system will be used to monitor student’s

attendance. With this system the information stored will be secure as to users or

teachers will be the one to be able to access the system. Performance analysis is

done to see the efficiency of the system if it has met the need of the user

depending on the nature of their work. To make possible, the developers need to

a meet the requirements stated in the system analysis and then they can now

proceed to the testing the functionality of the application.

The developers conducted an evaluation test for the system to verify its

functionality and consistency. They have chosen respondents that were asked to

test and scrutinize application and were given an evaluation form and give their

rating regarding the performance of application.

The developers concluded that the school AMA as the first IT school in

Philippines, it is better to make the school advanced just like the other

universities within the whole world by implementing the RFID attendance

monitoring.
