Vetting Service Definition

Employment/Activity Check & 90 day gap Written or verbal verification of former employer's name and location contact information for employers HR department Supervisor's name and

institutions and public records.

Education Verification Written or verbal verification of overseas academic credential and the institute which awarded the qualification through direct contact with
institutes officials and against known degree mills. Verify institution's name school campus location telephone number dates of study degree
received and subject of study. Result detail also consists of contact information for the institution's registrar's office and if institution is
accredited.

Right to Work Verification Document validation of candidate’s visa / work permit documents through document examination and coordination with local immigration and
citizenship authorities as required.

Public Safety Verification Accesses a comprehensive database of individuals and groups that are recognised threats and can be requested in order to comply with
industry regulations. Identifies individuals who have been identified as being involved in or having links to terrorism, money laundering or other
serious organized crimes. The PSV is acceptable for employment as it searches public record information as opposed to official criminal
records. In locations where there are restrictions around collection and use of official criminal record information, the Group will ensure that
information collected and used for employment eligibility is permissible in the respective jurisdiction.

Financial Authorities Check Determines if the candidate is fit and properly qualified for the role they will be moving into, in line with FCA requirements.

Media Search Search of global news database linked to individuals and companies that have been linked to illicit activities by news sources comprised of over
30,000 news sources in over 35 languages.
