QA Tester Duties and Responsibilities:
 Identifying bugs in our platform and understanding how to resolve them
 Detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistency, carry out regression testing
every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
 Applying testing programs to new software, perform Front & Back-end testing of website
applications using testing tools
 Executing test scripts and reviewing results
 Developing and executing test cases (manual or automated), prioritize testing activities
and analyze results
 Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
 Creating QA reports – describing defects and resolution, and file bug tickets based on the
outcome of QA test cycles
 Providing feedback to developers and product managers around test outcomes
 Working with development teams to prevent issues with the platform
 Creating test plans, scenarious and test data for use during testing, align with the software
development in all phases.
QA Tester Skills:
 Experience of QA scripting languages and coding unit tests
 Solid understanding of process, metrics, manual and automatic testing
 Proficient in mobile and web application tests.
 Fluency in spoken and written English
 Relevant work experience
 Knowledge of various programming languages: C#, Python, JavaScript
 Experience with Agile software development practices would be a plus
 Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
 Nice to have expertise in Marketing and Media Buying (Facebook, Google)
