Designed a framework and application based strategy for 13 different

QualChoice HealthCare’s CMT application is a Pega BPM application
developed to automate the full lifecycle of the appeals and grievances process
from the intake of a case to its resolution. The application provides the ability
to intake a complaint through various channels, like email, fax, and telephone,
and provides automated letter generation, SLA, auditing and PHI security
keeping in line with the healthcare law’s requirements.
Lead system architect for Pega projects at QualChoice reporting to the Director
of Development. As the technical lead of the Pega projects advised the
top management in planning for the next phase of Pega CMT application
particularly the QNXT and FACETS integration.
Performed business requirements analysis and sizing of requirements

gathered from elaboration sessions with the business analysts. I provided
technical solutions by working with partner teams and participated in the
maintenance release activities and change control meetings of the project.

Led the PCL-COP technical team and partner team in India for the DCO
sessions. At the end of the two weeks, the application was showcased to the
management team which approved the full implementation. I led the upgrade
process of the existing 6.3 SP1 PRPC application to three new instances
of 7.1.7 PRPC on the Cloud working closely with the Pega Cloud team and
led the COP Application development team working with the GEHC partner
offshore team.
