    RATIONALE:

    Trinidad Municipal College (TMC) Faculty members are expected to be the role models to their
    students especially in practicing good values and injecting them with their teaching – learning daily
    encounter with the students.

    For this reason, the Office of the Guidance Counselor of Trinidad Municipal College with the
    facilitating team of College Department Heads will conduct a Values Orientation Seminar – Workshop
    as a wholesome development to each faculty member to bond and familiarized with one another.

    OBEJCTIVES:

    1. To bond and familiarized with one another


    2. To build up teamwork spirit in injecting good moral values to their classes.
    3. To encourage to consider their responsibility to others in the workplace.
    4. To know the proper work attitude and values.

    PARTICIPANTS:

    1. Trinidad Municipal College Faculty

    After completing the course, TMC Faculty members have discovered their personal vision, mission and
