This is with reference to above project work, we would like to introduce ourselves as Leksa
Lighting Technologies Pvt Ltd., largest manufacturer in South Asia for specialized lighting system
having manufacturing facility located at Ashwathapura, Moodabidri, Mangalore-574227,
Karnataka India. We design and execute specialized lighting systems for Stage Lighting, Stage
Drapery, Landscape Lighting, Architectural Façade Lighting, Light & Sound System, Film Lighting,
and Stadium Lighting. We are executing prestigious project all over India and abroad. Leksa
Lighting has in house qualified Engineers and lighting experts to design and develop the lighting
fixtures and design the projects. Our products are having excellent quality in line with

We would like to inform you that we are very much interested to supply our products in the
requirement of Stage Lighting Systems & Stage curtain and crafts for Subjected project. In this
regard, we request you to consider and approve our brand and enable us to serve with our

We would like to bring below points to your kind notice which are framed to favor two
companies.
• Tender has M/s. Canara Lighting and M/s. Shenoy Lighting brands along with imported brands
in the make list who do not have any presence in India.
• Surprised to see that, even though couple of Indian manufacturers exist, not even one Indian
brand or equivalent is mentioned in the make list of this tender. Cont…2

• It is also observed that many of the line items are not manufactured by the imported brands
mentioned in the tender with given specifications.
• There is no price analysis been done from the supporting brands and supporting brands
cannot be providing the offer for these items as most of the items are not in their
manufacturing range with the given specifications.
• There are so many similar or bigger projects executed in India by many other Indian brands
which are completely discarded in this tender in order to favor one or two companies.
• If any bidder wants to participate in this tender apart from the above mentioned brands,
they will not get any alternative offer from mentioned brands in the tender, forcing to only
buy from M/s. Canara Lighting and M/s. Shenoy Lighting .
Being an Indian Manufacturer and located near to your Institution we must be given with the
opportunity to serve you. Request you to see below facts:
• We wish to confirm you that, we can meet all the tender specifications with better quality
and aesthetic finish.
• Prices of this project can be drastically reduced by supplying the quality products meeting
tender specifications completely.
