    Sub: 5 HP solar pump –Existing running and also for new bore well

    Dear Sir,
    With reference to the above subject, subsequent discussions, with you, we are submitting here with our
    most competitive quotation for solar water pump for your kind consideration as follows:
    SCOPE OF WORK : Design , supply of complete system -Solar submersible SS304 pump (Solar + grid
    operated) -Complete solar system includes solar panels , VFD controller with remote monitoring , HDPE
    Pipes ,& 4 Sq Flat cable.(upto 200 feet)

    WARRANTY TERMS: STANDARD ONE YEAR FOR ENTIRE SYSTEM

    *Note:
    _ 4 labour support is required at the time of unloading and installation from customer end.
    _ For existing running 5 star rated pump, only solar power with VFD will be supplied for Rs 3.10 Lakhs
    (for rupees Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Only)
    _ Ground mount structure 2 feet above ground will be provided.
    PAYMENT TERMS:
    • Lead time to dispatch 10-15 days from receipt of advance payment along with confirmed workorder.
    • Payment Stages: 60% advance along with PO, 30% before delivery (ready for dispatch) and
    balance 10% after commissioning.
