hand injury, dust, eye injury, Ear Injury req..Safety shoes, helmet, safety glass, dust mask
and Ear Plugs Shall be worn.,

Eye injury Ensure workers are wearing both the eye goggles
& face shield/welding mask
Equipment Failure Ensure that equipment was check in daily basis and
checklist available at the equipment and tools and
colour coded
Ensure proper access and egress for all vehicles
Pinch point hazard Ensure that no baby grinders shall used with
positive lock. Ensure it was colour coded and
inspected prior to use
Back injury Ensure proper handling and positioning while
hauling a materials
3 Cement plastering on floor and Tile EYE / Skin Irritation Ensure that the MSDS is available and workers
fixing shall know the hazard of that chemical.
