    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in Pasig City this 4 th day of May
    2013 and between:

    JAIME A MAYBAY, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at Mary Cris
    Homes, Phase 1 Block 20, lot 9, Bucandala, Imus Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the
    Vendor;

    and

    ERNESTO A. CATUNGAL, of legal age, Filipino, with residence address at 1976


    Doce De Junio St. Baclaran , Parañaue City hereinafter referred to as the Vendee;

    WITNESSETH

    That for good in consideration of the amount of Php25,000.00 Pesos, Philippine


    Currency, receipt of which sum in full is hereby acknowledged and confessed by the
    Vendor from the Vendee, the Vendor hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS
    unto the Vendee, its heirs, successors and assigns the motorcycle described below:

    Model : 2005 Chassis No. : KRZ00 – 057 – 013788
    Type : MC Plate No. : TO 5943

    The Vendor warrants that he is the registered owner of the above described
    motorcycle and that the sale is free from all liens and encumbrances and/or legal
    impediments and from any and all claims whatsoever nature or kind.

    IN WITNES WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the
    date and at the place first above-written.
