    SUBJECT : After Activity Report re Conduct of Police Checkpoint for


    Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) against the spread
    of CoVID-19 within AOR

    DATE : March 30, 2020


    1. References:
    a. Memorandum from CS, MG date March 12, 2020 Reiteration of
    Additional Guidelines on the Management of COVID-19;
    b. Memorandum from DMG with subject “Reiteration on the Conduct of
    Inspection at Ports and Harbors;
    c. Memorandum from AC, RMU6 dated October 5, 2017 re Reiteration
    on the Strengthening of Target Hardening Measure; and
    d. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030/PNP MG P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2020

    2. In connection with the above references, submitted herewith is the Station’s


    After Activity Report re conduct of Police Checkpoint for the implementation of EQC
    at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

    3. The highlights of the said activity are the following:

    On 30 March 2020 at about 4:00 AM onwards, elements of 603rd


    MARPSTA personnel led by PSSg Aljaymar S Estremos, under the
    supervision of PLT LUCIO DC VERGARA JR, Station Chief, together
    with PNP City Mobile Group, BCPO conducted joint Police Checkpoint
    for the implementation of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) at
    Brgy Banago, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental purposely to prevent
    and avoid the continuous transmission and spread of COVID-19 and at
    the same time personnel rendered Police Visibility and Security against
    possible enemy threats in the area of said City.

    4. The said activity was concluded at about 5:00 PM of the same date with
    no untoward incident happened.
