 Worked with other personnel to develop curriculum for the nation-wide program for high school students to engage in the
legal profession through one-week immersive leadership programs.
 Co-directed a Middle School program for 45 students across the Chicagoland area for a one-week law enrichment program

opportunity to practice their own skills in a moot court trial process.

 Served as the Alumni advisor for a Greek fraternity of 75 active, live-in brothers.
 Created and implemented both a house move-in and close-out action plan which served as a curriculum to guide brothers on
policies for effective move-in operations and move-out procedures.
 Responsible for the successful maintenance of the chapter house- key distribution and organization, power, electrical and
plumbing, cleanliness and general upkeep.
 Maintained good working relationships with Campus Facilities Department and Dean of Student Office to provide assistance
with necessary outsourcing of vendors and general structural/foundational needs.
 Saw the need for more alumni engagement in career advancement for the undergraduate brothers and designed a career/life

looking for internships or advice in particular fields.
Collaborated with house leadership and campus partners to welcome and assist new members and their families to the Greek
Community at Wabash College’s freshman orientation programs.

 Assisted and taught an Advanced Placement English course to 16 seniors in a community high school and engaged students

outlined and implemented my own teaching philosophy in the core curriculum of the course.

Chairman Student Activities and Programming August 2012- May 2015
Wabash College, Crawfordsville, IN
 Oversaw a committee of 12 members, comprised of various campus organizations charged with the responsibility of
promoting and maintaining campus unity through co-curricular events and programs.
 Managed a budget of $95,000-125,000 each semester to operate programming and event coordination; managed six all-
campus concerts and supervised several student organizations and non-collegiate organizations to put on these performances.
 Directed campus organizations in the planning, organizing, and enacting of all campus-wide programming and events and
spearheaded several campus and community wide events to kindle and foster a greater relationship between the Greek and
non-Greek communities.
 Oversaw Greek Week Rush for approximately 400 new students (freshman) interested in Greek Life and developed Greek
community standards for greater inclusion and diversity within Greek Life on campus.
 Worked with College and community leaders for philanthropic work with Habitat for Humanity and Making Strides Walk for
Breast Cancer Awareness.
 Assisted students in becoming acquainted with the university and surrounding areas, discussing campus life, as well as

Camp Counselor May 2011- August 2017
Culver Summer Schools & Camps, Culver, IN
 Served as a live-in counselor for 6 weeks and directly supervised twelve, 8-13 year old boys.
 Helped develop an anti-bullying campaign with Camp Directors for 800 plus campers, ages 8-15.
 Trained campers on military procedure and etiquette and implemented leadership development practices around the military
framework.
 Trained, co-supervised and evaluated camp staff members that consisted of 6 cabin counselors and 3 junior counselors during
the six-week summer camp program.
 Trained campers for leadership review board in which they can achieve military rank based on performance in knowledge of
military procedure, general overall character, and interviewing skills.
