Background of the event

This program is being implemented to encourage the state community to engage in


healthy lifestyle activities such as running. Information from the department of the
meteorology is found that weather on the day of good activity. The safety of the
participants was also emphasized in managing the route for the run, having found the
advice of the UUM Cocuriculum Centre. Early plans were taken in promoting the
program as well as getting participants to run especially from Universiti Utara
Malaysia.The accompanying fee incurred with the contribution of potential sponsors
and early discussions have been made to facilitate the smooth running of the program.

Goal and Objective

Goals
- To produce UUM students that practices a healthy, physical, emotional and
emotional lifestyle in their daily lives and fosters close relationships among the UUM.
Objectives
- Promote a healthy lifestyle and fostering the spirit of sportsmanship to create a
vibrant and intelligent person in physical, spiritual and emotional situations.
- Creating a platform where it can strengthen the relationship among the various races
and religions in UUM.
