    SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROTARY EVAPORATOR WITH VACUUM PUMP & CHILLER

    ROTAVAPOR

     Electric/Motorized lift
     Provisions for automatic lifting of the flask in case of power failure
     Rotation clockwise and counter-clockwise with speed up to 280 rpm or better with microprocessor
    control.
     The angle of the distillation flask from the horizontal to the bath is set at approximately 15°.
     Vertical Glass Assembly with cooling surface area of 1500 cm 2 with top hole on top of condenser
    that allows easy cleaning. Should be P+G coated.
     Digital bath temperature display of both set and actual temperature simultaneously with
    microprocessor control ranging from ambient to 220 deg C with an accuracy of ± 1 deg C.
     Bath temperature lock to prevents accidental change of settings
     Lift height indication should be digitally indicated on heating bath with 2 Lift Speeds.
     Push Button Interface for Single Centralized control of chiller, water bath, vacuum pump
     Safety Stop - Operation stop by Power Failure.
     Wireless contacts on the heating bath both for power supply and communication for better safety.
     Evaporating flask from 50-5000 ml can be used on the same joint adapter without additional
    connections.
     LCD-display of Heating bath that displays all operating parameters Indicates set and actual
    values of heating bath temperature, rotation speed and lift position
     Approvals CE / CSA
     Additional 2000 ml Evaporating flask other than two number 1000 ml capacity flask.
     Provision for Nitrogen supply into the rotary evaporator for specific application during sample
    processing.
     Gas flow meter (100 to 1000 ml/min) for controlling the Nitrogen or CO2 purging into the
    rotavapor system.

    VACUUM CONTROLLER

     Vacuum controller with control knob and large graphic LCD display screen.
     Integrated solvent database of 43 solvents for convenient setting of distillation conditions.
     Centralized control of Speed control vacuum pump, Recircualting Chiller, Heating bath.
     Timer function for process termination after pre-specified time
     Set and actual cooling temperature display, as well as working pressure display on vacuum
    controller.
     Woulff bottle included
     Single button operation to shut down Rotavapor, pump and re-circulating chiller at the end of
    distillation.

     Single stroke Speed control vacuum pump with a vacuum capacity of 1.8 m 3 /h.
     Final vacuum of 5mbar
     2 stage chemically resistant PTFE diaphragm pump
     Inspection window - A large glass window at front side should be there to observe the two pump
    heads and membranes for eventual cleaning of the dirt particles.
