    Credit Team –Underwriting part -Analyze the documents, check scoring and banking behavior and
    identify the net worth of the customer, decide whether to sanction a loan to the customer or not

    Operations Team –Post sanction to check whether the loan is sanctioned in compliance with bank norms
    and disburse the loan, setting up payment for monthly EMI’s, to maintain safe storage of documents, to
    service the customer for various requirements throughout the tenure of the loan

    Collections Team –To follow up with the customer in case of non-payment of monthly EMI’s.
