    AN ACT E X T E N D IN G T H E A V A ILA B ILITY O F T H E


    2019 APPRO PRIATIO NS TO DECEM BER 31, 2020.
    AM ENDING FOR THE PU RPO SE SECTION 65 OF
    TH E GENERAL PROVISION S OF REPU BLIC ACT
    NO. 11260, THE GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT
    OF FISCAL YEAR 2019

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the


    Philippines in Congress assembled:

    S ection l . Section 65 of the 2019 General Appropriations


    Actor Republic Act No. 11260 is hereby amended to read as follows:
    “S e c . 65. Availability of Appropriations. -
    All appropriations authorized in th is Act shall be
    available for release and obhgation for the purpose
    specified, and under the sam e special provisions
    apphcable thereto, until December 31, 2020.
    “A report on these releases and obligations
    shall be subm itted to the Speaker of the House of
    Representatives, the President of the Senate of the
    Philippines, the House Committee on Appropriations
    and the Senate Com m ittee on Finance, either in
    printed form or by way of electronic document.”
    S ec . 2. Repealing Clause. - All laws, decrees, executive
    issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent w ith th is Act are
    hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
    S ec . 3. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15)
    days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper
    of general circulation.
