    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, JULIUS CAESAR H. OLAYVAR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with
    address of HANLEX, Km. 30 National Hi-way, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, do hereby
    NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, ALMA CRISPINA DAGUPLO OLAYVAR,
    likewise of legal age, Filipino with residence and postal address at HANLEX, Km. 30 National
    Hi-way, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, to be my lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my
    name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

    1. To enter transaction/ sign the contract to sell, Deed of Sale, and any contracts in
    relation to a parcel of land registered under my name and more particularly describes
    as follows, to wit;

    Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-486905

    2. To claim and received payments for the said contracts/deeds and deposit it to my
    account;

    3. To make sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which maybe
    necessary for the accomplishment of any business or legal transaction;

    4. To do whatever acts and deeds necessary in pursuit of the above powers.

    GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact power and authority to do and
    perform every act thing whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I might or could do if
    personally present, and

    HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in–Fact shall


    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the present.
