    INFORMATION

    The undersigned accused VANESSA GRACE VALUIS AND


    MARY JANE DIAGRO of the crime of murder, committed as
    follows: 

    That in the evening on or about the 1st day of February 2020,


    in the City of Pasay, within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
    the above-named accused, conspiring, confederating together and
    mutually helping one another and with intent to destroy property
    and moved by hatred or resentment, did then and there willfully,
    unlawfully and feloniously set on fire the residential house of one
    JOHN PAOLO MEJICA, causing to be totally burned including his
    belongings, valued at Thirty Thousand Pesos (P 30,000.00),
    Philippine Currency, to the damage and prejudice of the said owner.
