    Science
    I am writing to express my interest in Masters of Environmental Geosciences at University of
    Freiberg, Germany to further enhance my technical knowledge of the field. As it was my age
    long ambition to become an Environment Specialist, so I choose this program. This program
    has a specialty that, along with Environment related subjects, it also focuses on the complex
    interactions in the atmosphere and economic aspects of geology which I am particularly
    interested in.

    As a Pakistani citizen, since my childhood I often observe many kinds of pollution in


    Environment. For example, the river with textile industries waste, smoky air, and poor
    sanitation of people. These poor management practices at my own living place make me
    wonder how to solve them, so I choose Environmental Engineering as my Graduation
    Degree.

    I have done Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Pakistan’s leading Public
    Sector University in 2016, the University of Engineering and Technology, during my final
    year of study I completed my semester-based project on “Estimation of Particulate Matter
    and noise levels and their effect on human blood pressure”.
    During my course of studies at the University, I participated in curricular and non- curricular
    activities. I worked as Technical Member in ASHRAE UET Lahore.During my graduation,
    I’ve also worked on a Horticultural project by EPA (Environment protection agency Lahore).
    I completed my internship as a internee engineer in a fertilizer sector. In addition to this I
    have also voluntarily worked in Blood Donor Society (UET chapter), as a Blood donating
    member. Currently, I am working as an Environmentalist in a Multi national firm IPC
    (International Petrochemicals). I am also offering my services to a local firm MECHAXIS.
    As a dreamer, I never surrender to always increase my knowledge to be a professional
    environmentalist. The professional experience I have gathered has further aroused my interest
    to carry out postgraduate studies and acquire a broader skill-set to excel in the industry.
    Deutschland has its long standing reputation for high standards of education and is a popular
    destination for international students.University of Freiberg is an Oldest worldwide renowned
    institute for its facilities, and high employability of its graduates who are working all across
    the globe. The structure of this course is such that it meets the modern day needs of the
    industry and provides many students around the world to learn how to tackle environmental
    problem from different perspective with the diverse range of modules this course offers, it
    provides excellent career opportunities which is highly attractive. So, with no serious efforts
    in Environmental industry in Pakistan, it is important to maintain the need for economic
    growth & development. As my background from Environmental Engineering with my
    intentions to increase environmental quality in my region, makes me believe that I am
    suitable for the program. Thus, taking this course would be an ideal fit for me.
    This program would be a continuation of my previous academics and work experiences and
    will provide a firm footing to achieve my career goals.On completion of Master’s, I plan to
    get first-hand experience in the field which will give me an in-depth understanding of the
    challenges it faces. I will later pursue a PhD degree and develop a career in research to work
    on environmental problems (geotech,Climate Change,water Conservation).
