1. Executive Summary
[Customer] from now on referred to as “E&Y”, “you”, “your”, requires manpower support from ACS.
ACS is very well accustomed in providing pivotal solution to the Manpower needs. If there is a
specific need by the customer example networking, system administrator, or database kindly
mention the profile. Manpower support is aimed to reduce complexities of running the daily
operations, IT support, development, managing the cash flow, providing excellent products and
services, hitting the sales revenues

ACS Professional Services from now on referred to as “APS” is a full-service provider of consulting,
products, solutions, and training for Microsoft products and solutions. As Microsoft Gold, Certified
Partner with proven 17 competencies in almost all of Microsoft Products, APS has designed,
implemented and supported Products and Solutions in more than 400 organizations during the last
15 years. APS’s customers range all the way from small to medium and large organizations in all
major verticals. With offices in Riyadh, Khobar, Jubail, and Jeddah as well as an international network
of authorized APS partners, our services are available on all continents.

This period of contract is two years starting from the date of joining,

tasks were like following:

 Deploy Directory Synchronization Service
 Configure Exchange 2010 Hybrid object
 Validate mail flow between cloud users and on premise users
 Move Mailboxes to Cloud

3. Assumptions
1. ACS shall be responsible for the pooling of possible candidates for [CUSTOMER]’s
requirement.
2. ACS shall conduct an initial interview to shortlist the right candidates. After the initial
screening, ACS shall submit the shortlisted candidates to [CUSTOMER] accompanied with an
overview of the individual’s skills and prior experience.
3. [CUSTOMER] will conduct the Second/Final interviews depending on their standard hiring
process. It is [CUSTOMER]’s discretion to select the right candidate.
4. [CUSTOMER] will inform ACS of their preferred candidate. ACS may notify the preferred
candidate regarding the Job Offer in writing (email) or phone call. In such cases that
[CUSTOMER] prefers to give the Job Offer, he/she should inform ACS in writing and provide a
copy of the offer for ACS’s reference.
5. ACS is only providing a skilled resource to be managed & utilized by [CUSTOMER] IT
management without scope delivery obligation on ACS.
6. [CUSTOMER] has the right to request permanent replacement of resource, however a Three
months’ notice should be given to ACS to find a suitable replacement and this should be
within the first 6 months from the joined date or before the contract’s renewal.
7. Resources will work at [CUSTOMER] in <Location>.
8. Above prices includes resources salaries and overheads. However; whenever required
[CUSTOMER] shall cover resources business trip expenses, ACS shall add a margin of 15% for
any other expenses that could be invoiced.
9. Working hours will 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
10. [CUSTOMER] to contract ACS for minimum of one-year period, renewable with 90 day’s prior
notice to ACS and with the flexibility to review the prices for both sides. Both parties have
the right to terminate this contract with 90 day’s prior notice.
11. Mobilization period will be a Maximum of 12 weeks from the PO date.
12. [CUSTOMER] can only offer direct employment to the resource after two years of his
resigning from ACS.
13. For Contracts of one year and above, each resource will deserve an annual vacation after 11
months from the starting date.
14. Saudi Labor law always applied in case of any conflict with anything mentioned in this
proposal, and it’s applied for any case not mentioned in this proposal.

7. Appendix-1: APS Support Services


You will have problem resolution support service to request assistance with a particular
technical issue with Microsoft products. As an APS Support Services customer, you receive the
priority support you need for a quick recovery. Our problem resolution services help ensure
that your critical issues receive our utmost attention until they are resolved, and your business
is up and running.
Our Support Professionals deliver expert assistance by phone and onsite for technical problems
that occur when you use a Microsoft product. Our response times are based on working hours
which is from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM during Sunday to Thursday. Problem Resolution Services are
outlined as follows:
• You can log problem resolution requests any time by email or during working hours by
phone.
• Response times are prioritized on the severity of the problem and its impact on your
business. You define the severity.
• Response to critical problems is four hours or less, with maximum support resources
applied to sustain a continuous working hour’s support.

With these problem resolution services, your IT team should be able to resolve problems in the
Microsoft environment much more quickly. This problem resolution services will help reduce
the amount of time that is spent fighting fires today and enable the IT staff to focus on more
strategic projects and issues.

For Severity A cases, the response time is two hours or less with 24/7 support.

8. Appendix-2: EMS & Office 365 Adoption


The goal of the Office 365 Adoption Services is to help overcome the main hurdle organizations face
after migrating to Office 365 — getting their business units educated on the full breadth of the Office
365 suite, and then ensuring they leverage these powerful tools to be more collaborative and
productive. The agenda behind the adoption engagement is to make every office 365 user power
user, so as to boost communication and collaboration between the users.

O365 Cloud Adoption

APS helps customers to adopt Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility Suite, a comprehensive solution that
supports simplified user login and access to company systems and high levels of security from
any platform or device. The Enterprise Mobility Suite contains Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Premium for hybrid identity management, Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application
management and Microsoft Azure Rights Management for data encryption and security. APS
Enterprise Mobility Suite methodology ensures a fluid transition to Azure AD Premium, Microsoft
Intune, and Azure Rights Management from initial discovery session to post-deployment training.
