Definition :Employee oriented leadership style is a leadership style where leaders
care for the employee welfare and needs, employees also participate in the decision
making process
Below are the reasons as to why UAP OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE(U) LTD
uses the above style
The style motivates the employees, for example in uap old mutual insurance limited
every employee is given a chance to rise up his/her point of dissatisfaction as it
regards to the job hence motivating workers.
The style builds up strong relationship between the top managers and the lower
