The USN Body Makeover Challenge

Winner status is awarded to
the Challenger who has made
the biggest lifestyle change,
incorporated a regular training plan,
focused on healthy eating, proper
supplementation strategies and had
an impressive physical change over
the 12 week period.
The Challenge is unique in that it is built on three
pillars of success, namely ‘BEFORE’ and ‘AFTER’
photos, reports describing your changed lifestyle
and lastly, your body measurements. All of these
factors will be taken into account in selecting the
finalists.
You may enter as many times as you like, provided BODY MAKEOVER CHALLENGE
