    II. RATIONALE
    Teachers play a crucial role in improving the quality of the teaching and learning process. Enhancing
    teachers’ capabilities on using the RPMS tools will help them in achieving quality education . To ensure effective of the
    reform initiatives, we should capacitate each teacher in managing their means of verifications for IPCRF and Portfolio.
    The enhancement training of teachers will led to the development of better Results-Based Performance Standards for
    Teachers.
    The enhancement /workshop aims to achieve the following objectives:
    a. Capacitate the teachers of Bacolod Central Elementary School on how to use the different RPMS tools for
    effective teaching –learning process.
    b. Demonstrate understanding of the RPMS TOOLS for teachers by actual using of the tools.
    c. Submits IPCRF and Development plans .
