    BAC Resolution Recommending to the HOPE to Proceed with the Negotiated


    Procurement – Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised
    IRR of R.A. 9184 for the Seminar Package for In-House Seminar on Year-End
    Planning and Evaluation for Department Heads.

    WHEREAS, the Municipality of Kawit thru Purchase Request #___ intends to procure the
    above mentioned goods/service;

    WHEREAS, as a general rule, all procurement shall be done through competitive bidding
    except whenever justified by the conditions in order to promote economy and efficiency, may resort
    to any of the alternative modes of procurement;

    WHEREAS, the above mentioned procurement does not exceed the thresholds of Php
    200,000.00 as prescribed in Annex H of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184;

    WHEREAS, all BAC members have justifiably recommended that Negotiated Procurement
    (Small Value Procurement) under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184 procurement be
    undertaken;

    WHEREAS, the HOPE approved the recommendation of the BAC to procure the above
    mentioned contract through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) under Section 53.9
    of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184;

    WHEREAS, upon detailed evaluation, validation and verification of the price quotation
    submitted by the SELECTED SUPPLIER, the recommendation and proposition of PARAMOUNT
    HOTEL AND FACILITIES CO. INC. was considered complying and responsive;

    NOW THEREFORE, we, the Chairman and Members of the Bids and Awards committee,
    hereby RESOLVE, as it is hereby RESOLVED;

    a) To declare PARAMOUNT HOTEL AND FACILITIES CO. INC. as having presented


    and proposed the Responsive Quotation in the Seminar Package for In-House Seminar
    on Year-End Planning and Evaluation for Department Heads through Negotiated
    Procurement (Small Value Procurement) under Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised IRR of
    RA 9184;
