CDC.)

I quote from the abstract: “Here, we review the evidence base on the
effectiveness of nonpharmaceutical personal protective measures and
environmental hygiene measures in non-healthcare settings and
discuss their potential inclusion in pandemic plans. Although
mechanistic studies [*] support the potential effect of hand hygiene or
face masks, evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these
measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of
laboratory-confirmed influenza. We similarly found limited evidence
on the effectiveness of improved hygiene and environmental cleaning.”

Here are quotes from pages 970-972 of the review: “In our systematic
review, we identified 10 RCTs [randomized controlled trials] that
reported estimates of the effectiveness of face masks in reducing
laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infections in the community
from literature published during 1946–July 27, 2018. In pooled
analysis, we found no significant reduction in influenza transmission
with the use of face masks…”

“Disposable medical masks (also known as surgical masks) are loose-

fitting devices that were designed to be worn by medical personnel to
protect accidental contamination of patient wounds, and to protect
the wearer against splashes or sprays of bodily fluids… There is limited
evidence for their effectiveness in preventing influenza virus
transmission either when worn by the infected person for source
control or when worn by uninfected persons to reduce exposure. Our
systematic review found no significant effect of face masks on
transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.”

“In this review, we did not find evidence to support a protective effect
of personal protective measures or environmental measures in
reducing influenza transmission.”

“We did not find evidence that surgical-type face masks are effective in
reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza transmission, either when
worn by infected persons (source control) or by persons in the general
community to reduce their susceptibility…”

those studies off to the side, in favor of the material they preferred to
examine: randomized controlled trials—which are widely considered to
be more valuable, relevant, and meaningful.

So there you have it.

Your science.

Take off your masks. Governors and mayors and presidents and prime
ministers, cancel the orders to wear masks. You’re non-scientific. In
the extreme.

What about circulating some kind of chain mail with links to the relevant
info? Is there some way to do that? The fact the masks don’t work? The
fact that Kary Mullis denounces the use of PCR technology for diagnosing
disease? The fact that dozens of virologists and epidemiologists criticized
the lockdowns and the media generated hysteria (as the Off Guardian
reported)l. And so forth.

If we could get a serious chain mail off the ground, the MSM would have
to address it.

Y ou need to force the media into a heads I win, tails they lose situation. If
they denounce you they draw attention to you, but if they say nothing you
keep demolishing their lies.

The MSM here in Oregon is doing a typical strawman job on masks. They explore
the question of whether masks impede oxygen levels in your blood and do tests
which prove negligible negative effects. All the while bypassing the “elephant
question” of the effectiveness vs the “virus”. Classic misdirection to justify sheeple
control…

It’s a total fabrication. We have decades of scientific evidence proving that

even surgical masks reduce O2 in surgeons, causing headaches and trouble
concentrating. Numerous suppressed videos and tests objectively show
even face shields reduce O2 to 15%.

Not one person I’ve ever spoken to had said a mask didn’t impair their
breathing, give them headaches, dizziness, nausea, and concentration
issues. Even physical therapists are making patients wear them even if they
have breathing issues.

This post from a few weeks back may be in part why the MSM in Ore. are
doing this, to combat the truth that they were made aware of via email
weeks ago, along with the OHA:

FACE SHIELDS
I experimented with a face shield and was surprised, in fact, by how
much “stuffier” it was under there. Quite intereseting actually since
I originally thought it be quite free and open to breathe. It’s not like
that at all!

Of course in the short term, the body can overcome the obstacle of a mask
but at a cost. It can simply expend more energy to breath in more air. The
other problem is exhalation. The mask will collect waste and toxins which
will be inhaled again. Our body would have to work harder to deal with the
excess amount that should have been exhaled.

Over time this would lead to lower oxygen levels and illness. The body
eventually will get fatigued trying to breath and break down waste and use
up excess oxygen for energy. But back to the elephant. The fact we can
breath in harder to maintain current oxygen levels means the mask is
letting in more air than previously thought. Which means more water
vapor, more water molecules, and more viruses getting through.

Rick, I’ve been questioning the existence of covid-19 practically from the
start; but, I’m not to the point of saying viruses don’t exist. I believe some
viruses do exist. Some have been isolated and identified and given a name;
such as the Epstein-Barr virus, which is the virus that causes
mononucleosis. I was infected with this virus during the summer of 1990.
My main symptoms were extreme fatigue, swollen glands, and a low grade
fever. I had to beg my doctor to order this test. He finally ordered it;
although, he thought that it wasn’t justified. Probably due to my age. I was
39 at the time. Even my former father in law told me that I was too old.
However, he wasn’t a medical specialist as so many in government
proclaim to be.

INTERPRETATION OF SY MPTOMS
To say you were infected by a virus is to preclude the very issue
we’re scrutinizing. All you can say is you had those symptoms and
they matched symptoms described in a disease-manual under E for
Epstein-Barr. In MICROBIOME THEORY / Beauchamp Terrain

Rick, the doctor ordered an Epstein-Barr test of my blood.

So, if this virus hasn’t been isolated, what was the Epstein-
Barr test checking for?

There’s a video on Y ouTube that I watched called Exosome

Theory vs. Virus Theory. I think there may be more than
one copy on different channels; but, I’ve watched it maybe
three times. When I use the exosome theory and apply it to
covid, it seems like a plausible thing to say covid is not a
virus at all. But, with Epstein-Barr, I am not so sure. The
doctor that called me with the results of the blood test told
me that I probably caught the virus at the mall by walking
through a space where an infected person had just sneezed.

It’s possible. We used to go to the mall every week. There is

no treatment for mono other than to get plenty of rest and
drink lots of fluids and to take NSAIDS for the gland
inflammation if it helps. For two months, all I could do was
get plenty of rest.

Called. Y ou will get a human and your call will be recorded. I read part of Jon’s
post along with the reference. I also thanked him for his stance and reminded him
that the death rates are now low and no need for masks. Of course all that falls in
the Matrix of the hoax. I have never worn a mask yet. I believe that the mask
mandate will only be lifted when you get the vaccine. Kind of what happens now
for nurses who dont want a flu shot.

I’ve worked in the health care industry for 20 years and not once have healthy
people been required to wear masks unless they were in surgery or they were
providing direct patient care to an infectious patient. But, in that situation, they
may also be wearing gloves and a disposable gown. Maybe in 2016 or 2017, I was
hospitalized with pneumonia. When I had to leave the room to go for testing or
whatever, I had to wear a mask.

From what I have discovered with all the research that I have down, covid-19 has
infected everybody on the planet or will infect everybody. Most people will test
positive, even if they don’t have symptoms. So, the positives there are, the lower
the infection fatality rate goes. But, both the pcr tests and the antibody tests are
flawed and basically open for interpretation from what I have discovered.

If this covid thing turns out to be like the common cold, then herd immunity and
vaccines will not work. People will just have to live with it. I hate to think of the
idea of people wearing masks the rest of their lives. This goes against everything
that I learned from my time working in health care. Doctors and nurses should

both know better. However, if enough money is offered many doctors and nurses
will totally forget about ethics.

People are too afraid to investigate the truth for themselves.

There are 2 issues. Efficacy and safety. Efficacy cant be shown with statistical
significance but thats a logistical or study design problem (sss, etc). There may be a
small effect thats too small to measure.

Safety is a bigger issue. For certain people wearing a mask for long periods is likely
to be unhealthy and even dangerous (those with heart, lung disease, UTI’s and
those exercising or doing manual labor). Studies have not been done showing they
are safe.OSHA defines minimum oxygen levels for a safe workplace but no studies

on oxygen levels within a mask. It would be a simple study. Alternatively just

measure the pulse oximeter levels in mask wearers .

Then there are contamination issues. Masks collect virus and bacteria throughout
the day and may spread disease. Sweaty mask mixed with virus particles on
outside provide a direct pipeline for virus to nasal/throat passages

This isn’t about science its about control. Being conditioned and trained like a
puppy dog or kitten. Might as well take away peoples guns now, pussycats and
puppies don’t need guns
