    I, TERESITA CAUGUIRAN, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at No.
    516 Sitio Sampaloc, Brgy. San Nicolas, Bamban 2317, Tarlac, Philippines.

    W I T N E S S E T H: THAT—

    I am the MORTGAGEE in the Deed of Real Estate Mortgage executed by and between
    MORTGAGOR, VENUS C. AGUILAR using Lot 16 Blk 03, Sitio Sacot, Brgy. Anupul, Bamban,
    Tarlac as collateral.

    Having this date received the full amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND
    (Php120,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, from the MORTGAGOR, the said indebtedness,
    together with accrued interests, I do hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE and CANCEL the
    mortgage above-cited to, covering Lot 16 Blk 03, Sitio Sacot, Brgy. Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac.
