    RE APPROVAL AND SIGNING OF FUND RELEASE ORDER FOR (US$16,506,420.22)
    SIXTEEN MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY
    POINT TWENTY TWO UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY.

    This is to inform you that your name has been approved and authentication has been given to
    you as the rightful beneficiary to the account of Late Mr. Alex Schiavone as contained in the official
    recommendation letter presented by Mr. Heimes B. Ottor.

    Foreign Exchange (United States Dollars) allocation in the amount of US$16,506,420.22 has been
    approved for immediate remittance, which is the actual investment fund left in the account of Late
    S

    Mr. Alex Schiavone. Your account will be credited with the aforementioned amount. The fund will be
    transferred into your account on completion of all necessary banking and legal protocols.

    In accordance with SCB's regulation on payment, geared towards fund protection for the
    S

    beneficiary's interest, you are either required to travel down to the SCB international Payment
    Center, Ecowas Ave, Banjul, The Gambia for the signing of the Final Fund Release Order as well
    as the claim form. The signing is a general pre-requisite for the release, transfer and confirmation
    of your fund.

    You are scheduled to be at the Banjul, The Gambia Foreign payment office on or before 25th of
    October, 2019 for this exercise. The customer service department of this bank may assist in
    the procurement of entry visa if you so desire.

    Alternatively, incase of travailing constraint, you can engage the services of resident Bank
    accredited Attorney who must be equipped with an authority letter from you, mandating him/her
    to solely act on your behalf.
